Research Use Only
All materials supplied by S1 Peptides AUS are for laboratory research and analytical use only. They are not for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, clinical use, or personal use. Placing an order confirms your acceptance of this restriction.
Eligibility
By ordering you confirm you are at least 18 years of age, that you are acquiring materials for legitimate research purposes, and that you are responsible for compliance with all laws and institutional requirements applicable to you.
Pricing and GST
Prices are shown in Australian dollars and are GST-inclusive where GST applies. Prices and product availability may change without notice.
Payment
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully captured and you receive a confirmation email.
Order Acceptance
We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable, where a pricing error has occurred, or where an order is inconsistent with research use. Cancelled orders are refunded in full.
Documentation
Certificates of analysis and batch documentation are provided for research reference only. They do not constitute a therapeutic, medical, or safety representation.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to materials supplied is limited to the price paid for the affected items. We are not liable for any use of materials outside laboratory research.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
