Returns & Refunds
Our policy for damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming research materials.
Research Materials Are Not Change-of-Mind Returnable
For safety, traceability, and integrity reasons, research materials cannot be returned or resold once dispatched. We do not accept change-of-mind returns on opened or unopened vials.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the packaging and contents. We will replace the affected items or refund them.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item, or an item is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number. We will ship the correct item or refund the difference.
Non-Conforming Materials
If analytical documentation for your batch does not match the supplied material, contact us with the batch number. We will investigate and, where the claim is verified, replace or refund the item.
Refund Method and Timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds usually appear within 5-10 business days of the refund being issued.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch. Once dispatched, the policy above applies.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
