Flat-rate express shipping across Australia, free on orders over A$250.
Rates
Flat-rate express shipping is A$12.95. Orders with a subtotal of A$250.00 or more ship free. All prices shown include GST where applicable.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 1:00pm AEST on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.
Delivery Estimates
Metro areas typically receive orders in 1-3 business days. Regional and remote areas may take 3-7 business days. Estimates are indicative and depend on the carrier.
Australia Only
We currently ship within Australia only. Checkout will not accept addresses outside Australia.
Tracking
A tracking reference is emailed once your order is dispatched. If you have not received tracking within two business days of your confirmation email, contact us.
Cold Chain and Handling
Materials are packed to preserve integrity in transit. On arrival, store according to the handling information supplied with your order.
Incorrect Addresses
Please check your shipping address at checkout. Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address may incur a re-delivery fee.
