Payment Information
Card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure payment form and are never stored on our servers. We receive only the payment result and a payment reference.
Who We Share With
We share the minimum information necessary with our payment processor (Stripe), our email delivery provider, and the carrier delivering your order. We do not sell your personal information.
Storage and Security
Order records are stored in a secured, access-controlled database. Access is limited to those who need it to fulfil orders and answer support enquiries.
Marketing
We do not send marketing emails from order data. Emails you receive from us relate to an order or an enquiry you initiated.
Access, Correction and Deletion
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing S1peptidesaus@gmail.com. Some order records must be retained for a period to meet Australian tax and record-keeping requirements.
